Why is my pillow so full of stuffing?

This pillow has customizable firmness levels. We’ll ship you the cover overstuffed with fill. Then you decide how much to put in. The more foam you add in, the more height you’ll add to your pillow. The less, the flatter.

How do I adjust this pillow for my comfort?

Our pillows are easily adjusted by unzipping the cover and removing handfuls of fill until you get a more comfortable fit. This is a substantial pillow and we'll ship it to you overstuffed. Too fluffy? Take some fill out. It’s your pillow, fill it to fit your body.

Back Sleepers remove about 1/4 of the fill.
Side Sleepers try as is.
Stomach Sleepers remove about 1/3 of the fill.

Can I wash my pillow?

Yes. We've got you covered! Simply remove the outer cover from the pillow. Wash the cover in cold water on a delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Dry on low heat until the cover is dry. Do not dry on high heat, or the cover may warp and shrink.

How do I fluff my pillow?
