Our IHanherry memory foam mattresses are warrantied for a period of THIRTY (30) years. This limited warranty is broken into two halves:

The first FIFTEEN (15) years is a full replacement warranty.
The second FIFTEEN (15) years is a prorated warranty.
The entire THIRTY(30) year warranty period is measured from the original date of purchase of the original mattress and applies only to the original purchaser. (If the original purchaser gifts or sells the product, the new owner takes the product “as is” and “with all faults.”)

Warranty claims are to be made at the point of purchase directly through the original retailer, dealer, distributor, or seller.

What does our mattress warranty cover?

We'll repair or replace your IHanherry mattress if it develops structural or manufacturer defects due to faulty workmanship. For example, this would include physical flaws like cracks in foam and a faulty cover zipper. Do note, this is subject to limitations specified in this warranty.

This warranty also covers deterioration in the cell structure of the mattress materials that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one inch (1”) towards the middle of the mattress where you sleep. This indentation does not apply to the corners or edges. These indentations also cannot be associated with a sag in the bed’s foundation or platform.

Our mattress warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as a normal increase in material softness or a decrease in the recovery characteristic of the foam. These presumed "defects" do not impact the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress. They normally happen during the break-in period but would happen during normal usage even despite proper handling. (Even the best mattresses can't last forever.)

Additionally, the warranty will cover manufacturing defects in the removable cover’s zipper. Rips and tears in the cover that result from improper handling or expected wear and tear are not protected under the warranty. IHanherry can, at their discretion, repair or replace the mattress’s cover though the customer may be responsible for associated costs. Should they need to replace the cover, it will match the current style of cover and not any previous styles. This may result in different colors or materials than what the original cover possessed.

During the first FIFTEEN (15) years, in the event that we in our sole discretion determine that your mattress defect is legitimate as per this limited warranty, your sole remedy will be a repair or replacement of your mattress with a comparable size and model. In the event that your size and/or model is discontinued, we will provide the most comparable mattress as a replacement at our sole discretion.

In the event that your mattress defect warrants a repair or replacement, during this period, we will handle the cost of the repair or replacement. However, the costs of labor and transportation are not covered and customers may be responsible for associated costs for cover replacements. Additionally, we do not provide haul-away services for damaged or defective mattresses.

During the second FIFTEEN (15) years, also known as the prorated period, we will replace your mattress for a portion of its cost. The cost of replacing your mattress will be 50 percent of the original purchase price, plus you’ll be responsible for all associated costs (shipping, cover replacements, and labor) during this period too. We do not provide haul-away services during this period either.

Our mattress warranty is only valid for customers within the continental U.S. For customers in Alaska and Hawaii, we can only deliver your replacement mattress to either a freight forwarder you’d coordinate with or to another address within the continental U.S. These customers in Alaska and Hawaii will be responsible for any freight forwarding fees or shipping costs during the whole 30years. For all other customers, our mattress warranty does not apply.

What Voids the Mattress Warranty?

Removing the law tag, stains and other discoloration, and pairing the mattress with an improper foundation are a few things that can void your warranty coverage. That's why we recommend a mattress protector, like our IHanherry Waterproof Mattress Protector.

All warranties contained in this document will not apply if the mattress, foundation, or platform have been damaged, physically abused, burned, saturated with moisture, cut, or torn. All warranties contained in this document will not apply if the mattress, foundation, or platform have been damaged, physically abused, burned, saturated with moisture, cut, or torn. IHanherry reserves the right to refuse any repairs or replacements of any products deemed to be in an unsanitary condition.

Mattresses marked final sale or offered by unauthorized third parties or suppliers are not eligible for the IHanherry warranty.

What do you need to file a warranty claim?

An original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. During the warranty claims process, you may be required to provide proof of the quality, design, and condition of the mattress foundation or platform providing support for your mattress.

IHanherry warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship as described in this warranty (hereinafter referred to as the “Limited Warranty").

CONDITIONS OF THE 10 YEAR WARRANTY

This 10-Year Limited Warranty starts on the date of delivery. The Limited Warranty only applies during the period in which the IHanherry memory foam mattress topper is owned and controlled by the original purchaser of the product. It is not transferable.

This Limited Warranty only applies to memory foam mattress topper manufactured by IHanherry. Please check the individual product page to confirm the warranty for any product.

If a manufacturing or material defect occurs during the first year, IHanherry will repair or replace (at IHanherry' option) the defective mattress topper. If replacement is required, IHanherry may substitute materials of equal or higher quality when the like components are not available.

If defects such as splitting or cracking occur during normal usage and proper handling, during the remaining nine(9) years of this limited warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair the mattress topper at a handling cost to you, or replace the product at a prorated charge to you.

During the second year of the warranty period, the prorated replacement charge will be twenty (20) percent of the replacement item’s purchase price. The prorated amount will be forty (40) percent for year four, sixty (60) percent for year seven, and eighty (80) percent for year ten.

The mattress topper owner may be responsible for transportation charges for return and shipping when necessary.

THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

Normal wear and tear of the mattress topper cover
Slight body impressions (less than 1 inch)
Individual comfort preferences
Failure to keep the mattress topper clean and free from stains
Mold, odors, or discoloration caused by exposure to spills or improper ventilation
Product misuse or abuse of any kind, including burns
Damage that may be caused by insufficient support of the product
Improper cleaning or storage of the mattress topper
Surface imperfections that are inherent in a natural product
Individual allergies, sensitivities, or medical issues
Memory foam mattress toppers only: This warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature. These aspects do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the foam.

IHanherry reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate this Limited Warranty under any of the above conditions or when product failure is due to causes other than defective material or workmanship. To protect the Limited Warranty, follow all guidelines set out under the USE AND CARE section below.

BODY CONTOURING

Over time, your sleeping position may result in slight indentations, which are normal and not a structural defect. Severe contours on a mattress topper are impressions that exceed 1” (one inch) in depth below the normal level of the product. Severe contours are covered by this Limited Warranty.

USE AND CARE OF YOUR IHANHERRY MATTRESS TOPPER

Your IHanherry mattress topper is made from the finest materials and is highly durable with proper care and use.

We recommend you keep your IHanherry mattress topper covered in a waterproof mattress protector. Proper use of a waterproof mattress protector will prevent contamination with bacteria and allergens. Regularly launder the waterproof protector.

Avoid exposing your mattress topper to direct heat from vents, irons, hair blow dryers, or fire. Use electric blankets only on their lowest settings with layers of bedding between the electric blanket and your mattress topper. Use your mattress topper indoors only, in a sheltered environment away from direct sunlight.

Take care not to puncture, scratch or tear the cover, latex, or memory foam.

The exterior covering shipped with your mattress topper can be removed and fully machine washable. You may gently clean the cover with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Allow the cover to air dry before replacing the mattress protector and sheets. Do not apply cleaning solutions directly to your mattress cover or the latex or memory foam inside. Your IHanherry mattress topper must be supported on an appropriate base or surface. For the purpose of this Limited Warranty, an appropriate bed base or surface is defined as either a solid, rigid surface or a mattress in good condition.

Mattresses toppers must be opened within 30 (thirty) days of delivery. Damage to the product may occur if it is compressed for an extended period.

Storage in a damp environment without proper air circulation may damage the mattress topper, voiding the Limited Warranty. Please store your IHanherry mattress topper in a cool, dry space. Ensure the product is free from condensation and moisture at all times.

IHanherry mattress toppers may be flipped or rotated periodically, but this is not required.

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY/OTHER LIMITATlONS

This Limited Warranty excludes any and all implied warranties on IHanherry mattress toppers, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness or a particular purpose. The service terms stated in this limited warranty shall be the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy in the event of a product failure during the warrant that this product is suitable for any person's medical condition. IHanherry makes no warranty beyond what is contained in this Limited Warranty.

The 10-year Limited Warranty set forth herein is the only warranty for any memory foam mattress toppers produced by IHanherry and may not be modified.

We guarantee that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects during the first Three (3) years of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein.

What Is Covered*:

1.This warranty explicitly covers all parts, labor and framework of the chair.

2.This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer.

3.This warranty includes parts costs covered for the 2 year at no cost to the customer.

4.Structural Framework on selected products carries for three (3) years.

5.The additional extended warranties include parts and labor costs covered at no cost to the customer.

What Is NOT Covered*:

Any shipping expenses incurred. Transportation damage; theft; abuse; neglect; vandalism.
Damages incurred due to shipping and handling, dropped products, improper installation, and/or unauthorized repairs do not constitute a defect under this warranty.
Modifications or altered conditions of the original product, improper use of electrical/power supplies, electrical disturbances and power surges.
Malfunctions due to improper use as well as unreasonable use or maintenance including failure to follow operating instructions.
Any environmental conditions (examples: fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorms, hail, earthquakes, and/or tornados) or any other exposure to weather conditions.
This warranty does not include normal wear and tear including velcro or zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric covering by abuse. Failures or attached points in stitching, Velcro, and zippers do not constitute as a defect for warranty.
Softening/ hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads; Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use.
Natural patterns and grains and variations in leather will not constitute as a defect under this warranty, as no two pieces of fabric are identical.
The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged or soiled.
Products used in commercial or corporate settings.
Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
Implied Warranty & Other Damages:

1.Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 1 year portion of this limited warranty, and with regard to structural framework, limited to the duration of the 3-year portion of this limited warranty.

2.By making a purchase, you agree that IHanherry will not be liable for any items damaged and/or lost while on route to the specified address. Any claims for such loss or damage must be addressed and resolved with the designated carrier.

3.In no case will IHanherry be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on account of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property (other than the product) or other economic losses.

IHanherry Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

Warranties are non-transferable, and do not cover any damage or loss caused by: use in a commercial or corporate setting; failure to follow operating instructions; Electrical disturbances and power surges; dropped product; including but not limited to remote controls; Damage resulting from improper use or maintenance; vandalism; environmental conditions; exposure to environmental conditions (rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, wind, hail, earthquake, tornado, fire, flood); loss of use during the period that the product is being repaired; products purchased from unauthorized resellers; alterations or modifications of original condition; theft; neglect; unauthorized repairs; loss of power.

Damage that occurs due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty. Fading, wearing, and the pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under the warranty. Failures of attach points such as stitching, Velcro, and zippers do not constitute a defect under this warranty. Under no circumstance shall IHanherry or its representatives be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages for lost profits, business interruption, bodily injury, medical, etc.), even if any party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Warranties are only valid within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada, provided the equipment has been operated according to the instructions accompanying it. All warranties begin on the DATE OF PURCHASE. IHanherry, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame.
