Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please email us at info@ihanherry.com (9am-5pm PST, M-F) within 12 hours of placing the order and before 12pm Central. We will issue a full refund if the order is canceled and the product has not yet shipped. If 12 hours have passed, the order will be processed for shipping and on-time delivery. At that point, it cannot be canceled and will need to go through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Shipping costs for returned merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of an order, IHanherry will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

General Returns Policy

Mattresses & memory foam mattress toppers purchased from IHanherry.com come with our standard 365-Night Trial return policy.

Other products ordered through IHanherry.com can only be returned new and unopened within 30 days. Please see the product page for the return policy associated with any specific item.

All products eligible for returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Products returned soiled or with smoke damage will be sent back to you in lieu of a refund.

Please NOTE: All items purchased directly through IHanherry are eligible for free returns due to product shipping breakage issues or quality issues. If it is a personal problem, such as the size is too small, do not like it, etc., customers need to bear the return shipping cost themselves.

Return & Exchange Policy for Recliners and Sofas


1. Free Cancellation

Within 12 hours and before shipment: If you cancel your order within 12  hours of placing it and the product has not yet shipped, you can cancel the order free of charge and receive a full refund.
2. Refund Timeline
·
Within 30 days of delivery: You can request a return and refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and does not affect resale.
·
RMA Required: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from IHanherry's Customer Service Department (info@ihanherry.com). No returns will be accepted or any credit granted without an RMA.
3. Return Fees
·
Restocking Fee: Customers will be charged a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.
4. Return Requirements
·
Packaging Requirements: All returned items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition. If the item is not returned in the required condition, a $30 repackaging fee will be charged, which may affect the refund amount.
5. Exchange and Return Processing Time
·
If you request an exchange, a new item will be shipped after the return product is received and processed, depending on stock availability. If you request a return, the refund will be processed within 7-10 days after the returned product is inspected, with a 20% restocking fee deducted.
6. Defective Products
·
Free Replacement: If a product is defective within 30 days, you can request a free replacement. After 30 days, returns and exchanges will be processed according to our warranty policy.
·
Shipping Costs: If the return or exchange is due to a defective product, IHanherry will cover the return shipping costs.
7. Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom-made or special order items.
·
Items that have been used or cannot be restored to their original condition.
8. Special Circumstances
·
Delayed Processing: In exceptional cases (such as weather, holidays, or force majeure), return and exchange processing may be delayed. We will do our best to communicate with customers and provide the best possible solution.


365-Night Money-Back Guarantee (Mattresses & Memory Foam Mattress Toppers Only)

*We offer a 365-night trial only for mattresses & memory foam mattress toppers, which means you can return your mattress & mattress topper during the 365-day trial. 

*Please save the original mattress packaging materials during your 365 Night Sleep Trial, in case you decide to return your mattress.

If you don’t love your IHanherry mattress, contact us within 365 nights to begin a return. Please Note: We do require customers to sleep on their mattress for at least 30 nights in order to take full advantage of the Adjustment Period. This ensures you're fully adjusted to the mattress before you're eligible for a return. If, however, you decide you need to process a return within the 30 days (before day 31), we'd charge a $99 early processing fee.

If you want to return your mattress or memory foam mattress topper after completing the initial 30-night break-in period and before the 365th night after delivery, Please e-mail us at info@ihanherry.com. Please keep in mind that the mattresses returned must be in good condition, without damages and stains. If the mattresses damaged due to improper use, we will refuse to accept the return request.

If you want to return a mattress due to product defect, please follow the procedure's down before contacting our customer service team.

1. Take a photo of mattress label, so we can identify the product batch.

2. Remove the mattress cover and place your mattress in a bright room.

3. Take a horizontal photo of IHanherry mattress. Take a horizontal photo of the mattress on the floor (and not on top of any bed frames). The defect should be shown in the photo. Please also make sure that the cover is removed.

Once we received your mattresses and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to settle back on your original form of payment. If it has been longer than this, we're happy to help check on your refund! Please contact us at info@ihanherry.com with your order number on hand.


Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. We will arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.

Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for the delivery. This is very important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.

If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement.

All returned products should be in the original packaging.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Canceling Orders


If you change your mind after placing an order on the website, IHanherry.com, please contact us immediately to cancel your order. We will issue a full refund provided your order has not been prepared and shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled without incurring shipping charges. If you refuse an order that is undamaged, any fees deducted from your return will be in line with our standard return policy for that particular product.
