Where are IHanherry products manufactured?

In order to provide our customer's with their best night's sleep, IHanherry has evaluated and selected the best possible materials from around the world. We have a diversified supply chain, and our products are sourced and manufactured in places such as Vietnam, Malaysia and China with the utmost safety and sanitary measures in place. Where does IHanherry ship from?

We ship from the United States. Expected ship times may vary by product.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I specify a delivery date?

Since our carrier is a third party, we're unable to 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered on a specific date—occasionally a weather or operational delay could impact your delivery by a day or so. We are also unable to schedule a specific date through them.

Once your order ships out, we'll send over a shipping confirmation email with tracking numbers you can use to follow the progress of your package. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking number(s) so you can see the estimated delivery date once it’s made available.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

How can I track my order?

Your order is expected to arrive within 3-8 business days with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers. Attributed to the outbreak, the shipment transit times and forecasted delivery dates may be late. Once the product has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or severe weather conditions. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

How do I start the return process to get my refund?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can check our Return Policy.

If you want to return your mattress during the 365-day trial, simply e-mail (info@ihanherry.com) and we will arrange for a pickup at zero cost to you. Please keep in mind that the mattresses returned must be in good condition, without damages and stains. If the mattress is damaged due to improper use, we will refuse to accept the return request.

If you want to return a mattress due to product defect, please follow the procedure's down before contacting our customer service team.
1. Take a photo of mattress label, so we can identify the product batch
2. Remove the mattress cover and place your mattress in a bright room.
3. Take a horizontal photo of IHanherry mattress. Take a horizontal photo of the mattress on the floor (and not on top of any bed frames). The defect should be shown in the photo. Please also make sure that the cover is removed.

Once we received your mattresses, we will credit you the refund immediately. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to settle back on your original form of payment. If it has been longer than this, we're happy to help check on your refund!

Do IHanherry mattresses prevent bed bugs?

Our mattress and mattress protectors are treated to be dust-mite resistant. IHanherry mattresses are produced from 100% new materials and we place the utmost emphasis on product quality and consistency by following a variety of industry standards and conducting proprietary tests to ensure that our products adhere to all local, state, and federal health regulations.
But Bed bugs are great hitchhikers and can be easily introduced into any household environment and make their home in or on almost any surface or household item: carpeting, clothes, bedding, etc. Unfortunately, there is very little within the average household that is completely resistant to bed bugs. As a company, we cannot do much for a mattress that has been exposed to mites or bugs. We suggest reaching out to your local pest controller to have the insects identified and see what the best option is to rid your home and mattress of the insects.

How to Proper Your IHanherry Mattress

A mattress is an expensive purchase that we hope will last for seven to 10 years. Giving some thought to proper mattress maintenance may help you get more years out of your mattress. To keep your mattress in tip-top condition and to prolong its lifespan, we advise the following:

Avoid bending or jumping on your mattress
Wash your bed linen every 1-2 weeks
Use a waterproof mattress protector. By keeping the mattress dry, a waterproof mattress protector can help prevent the growth of mold and mildew. And form a seal around all sides of the mattress to keep out bed bugs. You can get our 100% waterproof mattress protector to protect your mattress.
